Privacy and anti-spam policy
This page explains how Citant.ai uses the citantdigital.com domain for email, what we will and will not do, and how to make us stop.

Our no-spam policy
Citant.ai maintains a strict no-spam policy. Email from @citantdigital.com addresses is sent in the name of Hamza Wamiq, founder of Citant.ai. Replies are read by our team, and questions are answered by Hamza personally. It goes to a small number of people at companies we have researched one by one, and each email states a specific finding about that company. Every email says who we are, why we are writing, and how to opt out.
What we do not do
- We do not buy or rent email lists, and we do not scrape addresses.
- We do not send bulk newsletters or promotions from this domain.
- We do not use misleading subject lines, fake "RE:" or "FW:" threads, or hidden sender names.
- We do not use open-tracking pixels in our emails.
- We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone.
- We do not send to role addresses such as info@ or support@.
How to opt out
Reply to any email from us with the word "no", or use the opt-out line at the bottom of the email. You do not need to give a reason. Opt-outs are honored within 5 business days, and your address goes on our suppression list.
You can also write to hamza@citant.ai and we will remove you the same way.
What data we hold about you
If we have emailed you, we hold your name, your work email address, your job title and your company name. We find them one person at a time, from public sources such as your company website and from a business contact database (Apollo.io), and we check every address with an email verification service before we write. We may also hold notes about your company's visibility in AI search that we produced ourselves. We keep this information only as long as we need it to carry out and record our outreach, and we delete it on request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request to hamza@citant.ai. We respond within 5 business days.
We contact you on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to people in your role. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts or contact forms. It loads two web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when the page loads. Nothing else is collected.
Who we are
Citant.ai is a Generative Engine Optimization agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our main website is citant.ai. The owner and person responsible for this policy is Hamza Wamiq, reachable at hamza@citant.ai.
